We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lux & Mane Hair Extensions purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 28-day return policy from the date of purchase.
Return/exchange handling fee of 20% may be applied.

Please note that for a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original packaging and condition.
- The security seal on the packaging must not be broken.
- The extensions must not be cut, dyed, or altered in any way.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be delighted to assist you in arranging an exchange or return, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging as per stipulation according to the Lux & Made Return Policy.

Please be aware that due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have been cut, dyed, or altered.
To ensure the Lux & Mane luxury hair extension quality and standard, we strongly recommend that any alteration, including cutting or dyeing, should be carried out only by a certified and approved professional salon in accordance with Lux & Mane regulations.

- Product Information: We make every effort to accurately display the colors, textures, and attributes of our hair extensions. However, due to variations in natural hair and different monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will accurately represent the product.
- Returns and Exchanges: Please refer to our separate Return Policy for details on returning or exchanging products. It’s important to note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on extensions that have been cut, dyed, or altered.
- Alterations by Professionals: For any alteration, including cutting, dyeing, or styling, we strongly recommend using a certified and approved professional salon in line with Lux & Mane regulations to ensure the luxury hair extension quality and standard.
- Use of Products: Lux & Mane Hair Extensions are intended for personal use. Any commercial use, resale, or distribution of our products without our explicit permission is prohibited.
- Intellectual Property: All content, designs, logos, images, and other materials on our website are the property of Lux & Mane and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Limitation of Liability: Lux & Mane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Namibia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namibia.
- Payment Terms: All hair extensions ordered from Lux & Mane through Hair Investment CC must be paid in full before delivery. We do not offer payment plans or incremental payment options. Only upon receipt of the full payment will the ordered products be dispatched for delivery.

Please note that Lux & Mane Hair Extensions are made from 100% Remy human hair, and while we strive to match colors accurately, slight variations in color may occur due to natural hair characteristics and differences in monitors. We recommend consulting a professional stylist for coloring or altering extensions.
Given that Lux & Mane Hair Extensions are crafted from 100% Remy human hair, variations in natural textures are inherent. We emphasize that each bundle may display subtle differences in texture, a characteristic of real hair. If a decision is made to dye the extensions, it is important to note that results may vary due to the natural variations in the hair. Lux & Mane cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in color or texture resulting from the dyeing process. This disclaimer extends to both professional salon applications and at-home dyeing by clients, as it is understood that the hair has undergone processing, and any alterations may impact its inherent integrity. Clients and salons are urged to exercise caution and seek professional guidance when considering any dyeing or altering procedures.
